Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern sales made on the ThickUP website, operated by ThickUP. They define the rights and obligations of both parties in connection with the sale of products offered on https://Thickup.com.

Article 2 – Prices

Displayed prices: All prices shown on the site are in USD ($), inclusive of applicable taxes, but exclusive of delivery and shipping costs.
Additional charges: Customs duties, local taxes, or other fees (if applicable) remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Currency: All orders must be paid in USD ($), regardless of customer origin.
Price changes: ThickUP reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of order confirmation.
Ownership: Ownership of products is transferred only after full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon physical delivery.

Article 3 – Orders
Orders may only be placed online at https://thickup.com.
ThickUP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues or stock unavailability.

Article 4 – Order Confirmation
Validation of your order implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Once confirmed, the order is considered proof of the transaction and agreement on the stated terms.
A summary of your order and a copy of these Terms & Conditions will be sent by email in PDF format.

Article 5 – Payment

Methods: Payments are made via secure credit/debit card processing.
Debit: Your card is charged immediately at the time of order confirmation.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal & 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
6.1 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with U.S. consumer law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing justification.
Returned products must be in their original condition with packaging, accessories, and instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method.

Exceptions:

Customized products.
Items unsealed for hygiene reasons.
Perishable goods.

6.2 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
ThickUP offers a “30-day money-back guarantee” on all products.
Refund conditions may vary between 30% and 100% depending on the reason and the condition of returned items:

Defective or non-conforming products → Full refund (100%).
Other reasons (customer satisfaction) → Refund between 30% and 70%, depending on the product’s condition.

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service at support@thickup.com within 30 days of receiving your product.

Article 7 – Availability
Products are offered while stocks last.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order, you will be informed by email and refunded.
ThickUP reserves the right to limit the number of identical items per order.

Article 8 – Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are shown during order confirmation.
In the event of repeated failed deliveries due to customer absence, ThickUP cannot be held liable for delays.

Article 9 – Warranty
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and protection against hidden defects under U.S. consumer law.
Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must include all packaging, accessories, and instructions.
Return shipping costs are refunded only if the product is defective or non-conforming.

Article 10 – Liability
ThickUP shall not be held liable in the following cases:

Non-compliance with the legislation of the delivery country by the customer.
Misuse, mishandling, or non-recommended use of the products.
Internet-related technical issues (service interruptions, viruses, etc.).

Article 11 – Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
